Peppermint buttons

Lavkarbo og sukkerfrie peppermynteknapper med sjokoladetrekk (ala after eight)

Norsk
1-2 dl sukrinmelis
1-2 ss fløte/melk*
4 dråper peppermynteekstrakt
mørk sjokolade (86-90%)

- Bland alle ingrediensene godt sammen (bortsett fra sjokoladen).
- Rull små kuler og la knappene stivne i kjøleskapet.
- Smelt sjokoladen og dypp knappene i sjokoladen.
- Oppbevar peppermynteknappene i kjøleskapet.

1-2 dl powdered erythritol
1-2 tbs cream/milk*
4 drops of peppermint extract
dark chocolate (86-90%)

- Mix all of the ingredients together (except for the chocolate).
- Roll into balls and let the buttons harden in the fridge.
- Melt the chocolate and dip the buttons in the chocolate.
- Keep the peppermint buttons in the fridge.
